SORD would like to extend our most sincere appreciation to all of our customers for their patience and understanding this week during the inclement weather. Next week, beginning Monday February 2, 2026, SORD will resume regular routes. SORD will be picking up extra trash to make up for the days we were unable to provide service due to the weather. Please make sure your extra trash is bagged and set beside your container and the extra trash will be picked up on your regular route day as well. If you prefer to place your extra trash in a container, SORD will empty your extra container.
Again, we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding and look forward to resuming regular routes.
