Please place your polycart at the cubside by or before 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day. Please make sure your cart is facing the road side and is away from any objects (mailbox, parked vehicles, etc.)
Accounts will automatically be placed on credit hold once the account is 45 days past due. In order to release your account from credit hold, please be sure your payment is made by or before 3:00 p.m. on the business day before your service date.
Online payments for accounts on credit hold must be made no later than noon the business day before your pickup day. Please call the office after you make your payment online in order for us to manually remove you from credit hold.
Only SORD containers will be emptied on your service day.
Make sure your cart is placed at the roadside by 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day. Please leave your cart out until it is emptied. Make sure your cart is located away from objects (mail boxes, vehicles, etc.) so that the truck can get to the cart. If your account is on credit hold, your service will be suspended until the past due balance has been paid.
SORD does not have a scheduled service time. You will be notified of any change of service day in advance.
